CBS casts 'SuperGirl'

'SuperGirl' is hitting the small screen on CBS and they've made their casting choice! 'Melissa Benoist' from both 'Glee' and 'WhipLash' has been cast as Kara Zor-El aka Superman's long lost cousin of Krypton! The series will be set around Kara when she's 24 years old and will see her finally start to use her powers. It's unknown whether we'll see her grow up or it'll just be shown in brief flashbacks like in the 'Man of Steel' film.
