'28 Months Later' moving forward!

Danny Boyle brought back the infected/zombie genre with a little low budget film called '28 Days Later'. It was a surprise hit and spawned a sequel titled '28 Weeks Later', which in my opinion was a very good polished film. The sequel '28 Months Later' was in talks and then died. But now the film has resurrected again and is gaining steam. I personally hope they can get Boyle back and make it dark and gritty like the original.
